REESE, SR., ET AL., Respondent(s). ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, City of Bristol, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the City of Bristol, Virginia, described as follows: Tax Map No. 19-4-3, 19-4-4, 19-4-17 and 19-4-18 Account No. 285862 ALL of those certain lots or parcels of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging and situated in the City of Bristol, Virginia, Lot Numbers 3, 4, 17 and 18 and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the northeasterly line of Texas Avenue, corner to the property now or formerly owned by Roy McKeehan; thence with the said McKeehan's line N 23 degrees 30' W 100 feet to a post in the line of the property now or formerly owned by Dye; thence with the said line of Dye with an existing fence N 67 degrees 30' E 285.0 feet to a post in the southwesterly line of Dickey Street; thence with the said Street S 23 degrees 30' E 84.5 feet to an iron pipe; thence with the line of McKeehan, same being marked with the remains of an old fence down in places, S 64 degrees 00' W 285.4 feet to the point of beginning. BEING the same real property conveyed to Edward R. Reese and Shirley R. Reese, husband and wife, from Calvin C. Miller and Dorothy T. Miller, husband and wife, by Deed dated November 21, 1972 and recorded on December 14, 1972 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Bristol, Virginia in Deed Book 172 at Page 296A. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described. IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Edward R. Reese, Sr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1113 Texas Avenue, Bristol, VA 24201; Shirley Jean Roark Reese, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1113 Texas Avenue, Bristol, VA 24201; Debbie J. Loope-Potter, whose last known address is 120 Bellwood Street, West Point, VA 23181; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 5, 2019 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Bristol, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
