ABINGDON, Va.—A jury will hear a bestiality case during a three-day trial beginning in May in Washington County.

Commonwealth’s Attorney Joshua Cumbow said Thursday that the case against James Michael Foran, 48, will be heard beginning May 31. The case was scheduled to begin Monday, but was only set for a one-day trial.
