JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES ASSEMBLY: Johnson City, Freedom Hall Civic Center, Nov. 17, 9:40 a.m. To 3:55 p.m. Approximately 1,700 Jehovah’s Witnesses will assemble for a one day program, God’s Word Exerts Power, based on Hebrews 4:12.

HULLS CHAPEL UMC: Piney Flats, Tenn., 3453 Devault Bridge Road, Nov. 20, 7 p.m.Community Thanksgiving Service with special guest singer, Joey Strickler. Refreshments will be served in Fellowship Hall following the service.

Proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Resource Program through the United Way of Bristol.
