Dish Network and Media General have reached a tentative agreement that will restore the Richmond company's television station signals in 17 markets, including WJHL in the Tri-Cities, the company announced Saturday.

Colorado-based Dish stopped transmitting those channels last month as the two companies wrangled over the fees that the satellite company was charging to keep those outlets on the air. Dish had replaced WJHL in the Tri-Cities market with Chicago Superstation WGN during the channel blackout.
