William King Museum artifacts nominated for state preservation program

ABINGDON, Va. — An exhibit from the William King Museum's permanent collection has been nominated for Virginia's Top 10 Endangered Artifacts program.

Minnie Ma Scyphers "Untitled (Watermills from around Southwest Virginia)" was chosen for submission to the program for several reasons, said Lelia Cartier, the museum's curator, in a written statement.
